Consumer Complaint
Last updated: 14 July 2026
We want every order on Arjocart to go smoothly. If something goes wrong, this page explains how to raise a complaint, how we investigate it, and how to escalate to the national consumer-rights regulator if it is not resolved.
How our complaint process works
1. Contact the seller or our support team first
Most issues — a delayed order, a wrong or damaged item, a refund query — are resolved fastest by messaging the seller from your order, or by contacting Arjocart support. Keep your order number ready.
2. File a formal complaint
If the first response does not resolve your issue, raise a formal complaint using the contact channels below. Describe what happened, include your order number, and attach any photos or screenshots.
3. We acknowledge and investigate
We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and to share an outcome or a clear next step within 7 working days. Complex cases involving a seller investigation or a courier trace may take longer, and we will keep you updated.
4. Resolution
Depending on the case, a resolution may be a replacement, a repair, a refund to your original payment method, or a documented explanation. Refund timelines follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If your complaint remains unresolved, you have the right, as a consumer in Bangladesh, to file a complaint with the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP), the government body under the Ministry of Commerce that handles consumer grievances under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
