This temporary site does not offer accounts, product ordering, seller applications, online payments or document uploads. It does not intentionally collect customer account, order, payment or seller-verification information.
Standard hosting systems may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time of access and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Payments and financial information
Complete payment-card credentials will be handled by suitable payment providers when online payments become available. Arjocart is not intended to store complete card numbers, card security codes, card PINs or payment OTPs.
Arjocart staff will not require customers to disclose card PINs or OTPs. Customers should never send those credentials through phone calls, email, messages or support requests.
Delivery providers
Information needed to deliver an order may be shared with the relevant seller and delivery provider. This may include the recipient’s name, delivery address, phone number, order reference and delivery instructions.
Email and SMS communication
The future marketplace may send account, security, order, payment, delivery, return and support messages by email or SMS. Marketing communication will require appropriate consent and will include suitable preference controls where required.
Cookies and analytics
This temporary deployment uses only the browser features needed to operate the accessible mobile menu. No optional analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools are intentionally activated.
The full marketplace may later use essential, preference and analytics technologies as described in the Cookie Policy and any consent controls then provided.
Service providers
Arjocart may use hosting, payment, communication, security, delivery, storage and support providers. Each provider should receive only the information reasonably needed for its role and remain subject to appropriate contractual, security and legal requirements.
Security and retention
Arjocart intends to use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, access restrictions and monitoring. Information should be retained only for legitimate service, security, accounting, dispute and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.
Individual rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and operational requirements, users may ask about personal information associated with them, request correction, raise a deletion or restriction request, withdraw eligible consent, or object to certain communication uses.
